Shipping Policy & Product Disclaimer

AUSTRALIAN DOMESTIC ORDERS

Upon placement of your order, you will be sent an order confirmation to your email address. This also confirms that we have received your order. If you have not received an order confirmation, please verify that you have completed the payment process. Once the order has been packed, you will receive an automated email with this update. In addition, you will also receive tracking information, when the order has been shipped.

AUSTRALIAN DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Monday- Friday: Orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days. 

Saturday – Sunday – Public Holidays: Closed, all orders will be shipped within 48 hours of next business day.

All orders are fulfilled through Australia Post services with an estimated shipment time of 2-10 business days. However, due to the current covid-19 situation, shipments may encounter delays that extends beyond the expected delivery time frame provided by the carrier.

Orders over $50 qualify for FREE shipping. Please note that if discounts, coupons or other offers reduce the value of the order to below $50, free shipping does not apply.

Orders under $50 are charged a flat rate of $4.95.

CANCELLATIONS

You may email our sales team (sales@mylillipilli.com.au) within 7 hours of placing your order during business hours to request a cancellation. Once we have begun to prepare an order, it is not possible to cancel. Refunds for cancellations are applied once we provide confirmation.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges cannot be made for products that have been opened or used. If you are exchanging a product due to our error, such as an incorrect, damaged or faulty product, we will cover the return shipping cost. To arrange this, please contact our sales team (sales@mylillipilli.com.au) with your date of product delivery, order number, and product.

If you would like to exchange an unused product for a different item, please contact our sales team for authorisation and return the original product for a full refund (minus shipping cost) once approval is granted. We do not cover shipping costs for voluntary exchanges.

INTENDED USE

By placing an order with My Lilli Pilli you agree to use the products only for their intended purpose. If you use the products for any other purposes you will assume full responsibility for any loss or damages arising out of this use.

Risk of loss and damage of the product are passed onto you upon delivery. Although our products are carefully formulated, should you develop adverse reactions, we will not be held liable once ownership of product is passed onto you.
